"Big portions and good value"
I ordered from The Cheesecake Factory and overall I was happy with it. The portions were huge, the food arrived in good shape, and it definitely felt like I got a lot for what I paid. It’s not exactly cheap, so the total can still sting a little, but at least the amount of food makes it feel more worth it. The cheesecake was big enough to share too, which was a nice bonus.

"Easy enough for pickup, but I watched the total"
I used the Cheesecake Factory website to order dinner for pickup, and overall it was straightforward. The menu was easy to search, and adding items to my cart made sense. I was definitely keeping an eye on the price, though, since the total can climb quickly once you add a few things. The only annoying part was that some pages loaded a little slowly for me, and customizing one meal took more clicks than I expected. Checkout was clear, though, and my confirmation came through right away. Not perfect, but I’d use it again if I’m in the mood and the cost feels worth it.

"Nice to Have Gluten-Free Options"
I went to The Cheesecake Factory and was actually happy to see they had some lighter meals and gluten-free choices. The menu is huge, which can feel a little overwhelming, right? But the staff helped me figure out what I could eat without making it awkward or a big deal. I ended up finding something good easily, so overall it was a solid experience.

"Our server was literally so nice…"
Our server was literally so nice and kept checking on us without overdoing it. Drinks were refilled quickly, and he noticed right away when we needed boxes. Dinner just felt easy and relaxed. Really good experience overall.

"Dinner showed up warm and right on time"
I ordered dinner from thecheesecakefactory and, i mostly just cared that the food showed up warm and the cheesecake survived the trip. It actually came a little earlier than expected, which was perfect because I was already really hungry. Everything was packed well, nothing spilled, and the food was still warm when it got here. The cheesecake was exactly what I was hoping for too. I didn’t pay much attention to anything else because the main stuff was handled, so no complaints from me. I’d definitely order again

"Left Full and Happy"
I went to The Cheesecake Factory last weekend, it was a really solid experience. The pasta had a ton of flavor, and the portion was huge, so it definitely felt worth it. The cheesecake was the highlight for me, rich and creamy without being overly sweet. Everything tasted fresh, and I left feeling full and happy. Based on my visit, I’d definitely feel good recommending it and would go back again.

"Plenty of options, which I appreciate"
I like how huge the menu is here. I’m the kind of person who checks things ahead of time because I don’t want to get stuck ordering something I’ll regret, and their website menu is easy to browse. Even when I walk in not knowing what I want, I can usually find something safe and simple, like pasta, a burger, a salad, or obviously cheesecake. My family all wants different things, so having this many choices helps avoid the usual debate, which I’m definitely not mad about lol.

"pretty clean for a busy spot"
i went to the cheesecake factory last weekend and was kind of surprised by how clean the restroom was. the floors were dry, the sinks looked fine, and there was plenty of soap and paper towels. one stall probably could’ve used a quick wipe down, but it wasn’t anything nasty. for how busy the place was, it was better than i expected. i’d give it 4 stars...

"Manager Saved the Day"
I had an issue come up, i thought it was about to turn into a whole ordeal. But the manager stepped in fast and completely turned things around. They handled it quickly, made it right, and saved the experience from disaster.

"Nice service, but the wait was frustrating"
The server was really nice and fixed my order quickly, which I appreciated. But checkout took longer than expected, and it was kind of annoying because no one really explained what was going on or how long it would take. Overall decent service, just wish the communication had been clearer

The staff did check the allergy menu for me, which I appreciated, but I got a couple of mixed answers and it made me nervous about ordering. The food was fine overall, nothing amazing. I also wish the allergen info was easier to find online, especially since the terms or details seem to change and it’s hard to know what’s actually current...

"The Drinks Were a Nice Surprise"
I actually went in mostly for the food, but the drinks ended up being such a highlight. My iced tea tasted fresh and wasn’t watered down at all, and my friend’s lemonade was really good too. They were quick with refills, which I always appreciate. It’s a simple thing, but it made the whole meal even better.

"Pretty Comfortable Spot Overall"
I went to The Cheesecake Factory last weekend, the seating was comfortable. We sat in a booth, and it had good padding, so it was nice being able to hang out for a while without feeling like we had to rush. The only thing was that the tables felt close together, so getting in and out was a little awkward. Still, it was a nice place to sit, eat, and relax, and I’d definitely go back...

"Got seated way sooner than I thought"
We went on a really busy night, and I was already telling myself I might not wait because I was tired and had no patience that day. They said it would be about 25 minutes, but we were seated in closer to 10. I was relieved and definitely happy with how quick it was.
